The Global Gaming Expo (G2E) has officially kicked off in Las Vegas, Nevada this past Monday. G2E is an annual event where members of the gaming community come together for a first glimpse at new products and technological developments in the online gaming space. The Global Gaming Expo is also the biggest gaming event to take place in North America with attendees from not only the United States, but everywhere in the world. The event will run until October 17 and is held at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre at the Venetian.
The conference serves as an expo where exhibitors can showcase new products and upcoming ventures within the company. Furthermore, it acts as an educational workshop where panel speakers share insight and expertise about the latest trends in the industry.
Global Gaming Expo Sports Betting Symposium
The Global Gaming Expo also has an impressive Sports Betting Symposium where you can find updated information about recent laws and business information pertaining to the sports betting world. This year, National Hockey League (NHL) Commissioner Gary Bettman will be one of the keynote speakers at the symposium. He will be joined by several other top-level management people from the online sports betting world. They plan to discuss how the different sectors of the industry can merge to create new businesses together. Other exciting speakers include former New Jersey Governor, Chris Christie. Christie holds a spot on the sports betting hall of fame for his contributions to its legalization in the Garden State.
G2E & The American Gaming Association
The American Gaming Association (AGA), the mastermind organisation behind the event, announced news of the expo on its official website a few months back. Bill Miller, President and CEO at AGA, said this year’s Global Gaming Expo will gather the world’s best professionals to grow the future of online gaming together. He also made remarks about how this is a monumental time for sports betting in the country, and also touched on the plans they have to expand on the G2E program in the future.
