Hard Rock International USAHard Rock International, Gaming and Hospitality Company based in Florida have expanded its sports betting function beyond the shores of New Jersey to include Iowa. On Friday the company launched its over-the-counter sports betting facility at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City in Iowa. The new sportsbook operation is owned by European sports wagering technology provider, Gaming Innovation Group. Both companies partnered together to launch a digital and physical sportsbook at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City.

Hard Rock International is expanding its sports betting fraternity just as the US reviews some sports wagering laws in various states. The current partnership between Hard Rock and GIG is open to the possibility of being expanded to other states where sports betting is legal. The state of Iowa has legalized sports betting and the 19 casinos in the state were formally requested to offer sports betting through various platforms. There are two rules to keep in mind; only patrons over the age of 21 can place bets. Also, only people located within Iowa may participate, even online.

Profitable Move by Hard Rock International

Hard Rock International Sioux City seems to have made a profitable investment. Since betting on sports was legalized in the state, over $2 million in revenue has been accumulated in the first seventeen days of legalized sports betting.

At 3 pm on a Friday over 400 square feet of space was launched as the official betting facility for Hard Rock Sioux City. Because it is a European company, GiG stated that its partnership with Hard Rock will give it the support it needs to expand its operations across the State.

Hard Rock International is the second casino in Siouxland that is now offering sports betting services. Other casinos in the region such as Blackbird Bend Casino as well as WinnaVegas casino resort are set to follow suit.
