Entertainment resorts operator Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment (MGE) and mobile tech gaming company iPro, Inc. have entered into a multi-year partnership. Together, the two companies will introduce a new mobile app called ‘Mohegan Sun Beyond’. It will be available to all guests at Mohegan Sun casinos and resorts.
The new app will allow guests to experience casino style games and sportsbooks free of charge from the comfort of their suites, and on their mobile phones. Users of the app will earn Momentum loyalty points that can be saved and used on future visits to Mohegan Sun casinos and resorts. The mobile app is currently available for download on the Apple and Google Play Stores.
Mobile App Signifies a Promising Partnership
Chief Executive Officer for MGE, Mario Kontomerkos said the company is determined to provide unparallel experiences for all its customers and is excited to introduce this new mobile application to everyone. He also commented on the partnership with iPro, Inc, saying they look forward to building and creating other product offerings with iPro, Inc, who has been “a fantastic partner thus far”.
iPro, Inc is known for its exceptional online and mobile technology that works well for real money gaming as well as free mode casino games.
New Mobile App Future Ventures
In addition to offering users free gaming experiences, the companies plan to expand its product offering in the coming months. The expansion will bring hotel and resort services to those in the Uncasville region. The revised app may include online booking and mobile check in facilities. Guests at Mohegan Sun could possibly even unlock their hotel room doors with the app. Real money betting facilities are also on the cards.

Apart from the new mobile app, MGE currently offers sports betting and online gaming across its network that includes property in Canada, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.

A new mobile app is not the only new development within MGE. Earlier this month, the company formed a partnership with GEK Terna, a Greek construction company, this time to build a $9 billion casino at the former Ellinikon International Airport. The finer details of the project have yet to be disclosed, but the project is expected to create thousands of jobs which will boost the Greek economy significantly. The company also plans to start phase one of its $5 billion resort development in South Korea in 2021.
