Now, gamblers will be able to place such bets while the game happens, live. Up to $1000 can be won per quarter in each game. Also, the new exciting offer is a ‘free to play’ offer for viewers of the game.

Washington Redskins fans can place their ‘predictive gaming’ bets on the preseason matches for the team. The new platform, ‘Predict The Game’ as it is commonly referred to, will be available on the NBC Sports Washington Plus program platform. This is a network of sports affiliates in Washington. According to a press release by the Redskins, participants that will be randomly selected will also get great prizes, like memorabilia or VIP live gaming experience from the team.

More Sports Leagues Are Trying This Out

Either than the Washington Redskins being the first NFL team to offer this, there are other sports league that are trying this method out. Monumental Sports and Entertainment which own NBA team, Washington Wizards, have announced a deal that they made with Sportradar. The deal is centred on real-time betting data to be provided to fans so in-game betting is possible.

The Washington Redskins preseason schedule will feature games with the Cleveland Browns, Cincinnati Bengals, Atlanta Falcons and the Baltimore Ravens. ‘Predict the Game’ will be made available on all these games.
