CoolCat Casino Welcome Bonus and Promotions
CoolCat casino seems to be a perfect casino site when you look at their bonuses. In fact, our casino reviews team came away very impressed. For starters, there are two great welcome bonuses on offer, with very reasonable wager requirements.
The first will see players claiming a 200% welcome bonus, plus 50 free spins. In order to claim this deposit bonus, players need to make a $50 or more deposit and use the code: WELCOME200. This bonus comes with a mere 5x playthrough requirement, but it can only be used when playing online slots and keno. The other bonus on offer is a 350% bonus.
Players need to make a $30 deposit and use the code: ALLCOOLGAMES. As the code implies, this bonus can be used on all casino games, with a few exceptions. The catch is that the wagering requirement increases to 15x, but this is still much better than many casinos. The terms and conditions are definitely excellent at this casino. As for existing players, there are regular bonuses to claim, including 300% bonuses and 350%.
There’s also a Cool Cat Lottery, in which active players are chosen at random and given casino credits. Finally, there is a VIP program for big spenders that offers amazing perks.
Customer Support at CoolCat Casino
CoolCat seems to be on the ball when it comes to their support as well. While it doesn’t do anything spectacular, it has got all the essential bases covered. The support team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There are also the standard methods of communication available to players. These are:
- Live Chat
- E-mail: help@coolcat-casino.com
- Telephone – 1-888-441-6693 (Toll-Free)
CoolCat Casino Review – Banking Options
When it comes to banking options, CoolCat Casino has all you’d expect from a casino site. The banking options are minimal, but no more than those of other casinos. There are a handful of deposit and withdrawal options, but there should be options to suit most players. There is a weekly withdrawal limit of $2000, which is pretty standard. VIP players can have this limit increased. Deposit methods at CoolCat Casino are as follows:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Neteller (Not Available in the USA)
- Bitcoin
As for the withdrawal options, they are as follows:
- Neteller
- Bitcoin
- BankWire
- BankChecks
We always prefer to see more options. However, this is common for all casinos. So, we can’t blame CoolCat Casino for it.
CoolCat Casino Game Selection
As for the real money games on offer, CoolCat uses RealTime Gaming software. This means that their game selection is going to be very similar to most other casinos. However, RealTime Gaming makes some fantastic games with great visuals and audio, so it’s hardly a bad thing. CoolCat Casino has around 220 casino games on offer, of which around 140 are online slots.
CoolCat is one option for players exploring real money online casinos, with slots and table games powered by RealTime Gaming. Before depositing, check the available payment methods, wagering requirements and withdrawal limits. Some of the top online slots on offer include:
- Dragon orb
- Kung Fu Rooster
- Gemtopia
If slots aren’t your thing, there’s also a good selection of table games for players. Players will find all of their favorite table games at CoolCats, such as Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Pai Gow, video poker, and more.
CoolCats Mobile Casino
CoolCats offers a fantastic mobile casino experience for players looking to gamble away from home. Their mobile casino can be accessed on a wide range of mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
In addition, players can access the entire game library when playing on mobile, which is quite unique. Normally, some games cannot be played on mobile. This is not the case at CoolCat, with all 220+ games available.
Casio Safety at CoolCat Casino
As for safety and security at CoolCat Casino, we can’t see anything that could be considered a red flag. The casino is licensed and regulated and uses 128-bit SSL encryption. In addition, all its games are regularly tested and audited to ensure fairness. While there were some complaints about the casino several years ago, things seem to be much better now.
CoolCat Casino Review Conclusion
CoolCat Casino has a lot going for it. We like the website’s look and feel, as well as the large selection of games. We also really appreciate the impressive welcome bonus options and the great wagering requirements. All in all, we found very little to dislike about CoolCat Casino and gave it a very respectable 4 out of 5.
