This means that residents will have to be 21 and older to be able to access the DraftKings App. Until the end of the year, bettors living in Iowa will also have to personally show up at a casino and register for an online betting account. This particular law will be scrapped at the end of the year. The DraftKings app can be accessed by residents living in six states in the US. These states include Pennsylvania, Indiana, West Virginia as well as New Hampshire.
